A lightweight support-request form and triage inbox for small WordPress teams.

== Description ==

CareQueue adds a public support form with the [carequeue_form] shortcode and a private WordPress admin inbox. Administrators can review requests, update their status, and delete records when they are no longer needed.

This is an independent portfolio concept. It is not affiliated with any company mentioned in the related job listing and has not been used by a real client.

== Installation ==

1. Upload the carequeue-wordpress.zip file from Plugins > Add New Plugin > Upload Plugin.
2. Activate CareQueue.
3. Add [carequeue_form] to a page.
4. Review submissions from the CareQueue menu in wp-admin.

== Privacy ==

The plugin stores the requester's name, email, subject, and message in the site's WordPress database until an administrator deletes the request. It uses a short-lived keyed IP hash for rate limiting and does not send data to external services. Site operators should disclose this processing in their privacy notice and set a suitable retention policy.
