This independent case study was created to demonstrate frontend engineering skills relevant to Angular roles. It is not affiliated with Maakan Smart Solutions. Health, traffic, and deployment figures are illustrative sample data.

01 / What it demonstrates

What it demonstrates

The dashboard uses Angular standalone components and typed inputs for reusable metric and health cards. A reactive work queue connects to the portfolio's REST API and PostgreSQL demo session, so adding or moving a task persists across refreshes for the same browser session.

✓

Angular + TypeScript

Standalone Angular application with strict types and reusable, input-driven UI components.

✓

RxJS + REST

Observable-based HTTP reads, periodic refresh with switchMap, bounded retry, cached stream, and clear connection states.

✓

Reactive Forms

Typed reactive form with validation, pending states, and API error feedback.

✓

Responsive UI

Tailwind is configured alongside focused CSS for the dashboard, keyboard-friendly controls, and reduced-motion support.

02 / STACK

How the pieces connect

01

Angular 22.2

Standalone dashboard, reusable cards, signal state, and native anchor navigation.

↓
02

REST API

GET and POST /api/demo/tasks · PATCH /api/demo/tasks/{id}

↓
03

PostgreSQL

Existing first-party portfolio API persists work items in a browser-scoped demo session.

03 / TRANSPARENCY

Scope and data boundaries

The task queue is live demo functionality backed by this portfolio's API. The service-health cards, request chart, and deployment list are clearly labeled illustrative content; there is no connection to live AI models, company infrastructure, or production telemetry. No AI provider key or paid external service is required.
